Account & Data Deletion — Meen AlKathab

1 From inside the app (fastest)

You can delete your account and all your data directly from inside the game:

Open the Meen AlKathab app.
Go to Settings (gear icon ⚙️).
Scroll to the "Account" section.
Tap "Delete Account".
Confirm the deletion in the prompt.

⚡ Deletion is immediate and requires no further contact with us.

2 Via email

If you cannot access the app, send us an email:

Information to include in the email:

Subject: "Account Deletion Request - Meen AlKathab"
User ID if available — visible in the profile screen inside the game
Email address linked to your Google account in the game (if applicable)

⏱️ We will respond to your request within 7 business days.

3 What data is deleted?

Upon your request, we permanently delete:

Coins and points Statistics (matches, wins) Friends list Friend requests sent and received Room invitations Daily quests and progress Your friend code VIP subscription and Mic Pack (if any) Authentication account (Firebase Auth) Player name and avatar

4 What data may remain?

Round logs from games you played with other players may remain tied to an anonymized identifier, with no personally identifying information.
Activity and security logs may be retained for a limited time for legal or anti-fraud purposes (typically 30 to 90 days), then permanently deleted.
Receipts and purchases are kept by Google Play according to Google's policies and are outside our control.

⚠️ Notice: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will not be able to recover coins, VIP, or friends after deletion.

5 Data retention period

Deletion from inside the app: immediate.
Deletion via email: within 7 business days.
Inactive (Anonymous) accounts: may be auto-deleted after one year of inactivity.
